I Was the Burnt-Out One.

In 2021, I was working 7 days a week as an online English teacher.

8–10 hour days. Training teachers. Delivering lessons. Building curriculum. Answering messages at night.

Money was coming in. So was resentment.

Because I had built myself a very efficient prison. I was fully booked… and fully trapped.

That’s when I realized something most coaches don’t want to admit:

If your income increases only when your effort increases, you don’t have a scalable business. You have a high-functioning job.

So I did something uncomfortable. I stopped trying to make my 1:1 model work harder.

And I built a scalable group offer instead.

That year?

64 clients in 90 days.
First $10k month.
